These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of greenwisdom.us (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Green Wisdom, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Green Wisdom," "we," "us," or "our"). 2. Our Products We sell printed manuals and digital guides. Digital guides are delivered by email after purchase. When you buy a digital guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read and print it for your own household use. You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute it. We try to describe our products accurately. Colors, images, and page counts may vary slightly from what you see on the Site.

3. Informational Content Only Our books and guides cover preparedness, off-grid living, water, power, heat, food, and home security. They are for general educational purposes. They are not professional, medical, legal, electrical, or engineering advice. Some activities described carry real risk. Follow local laws, building codes, and manufacturer instructions, and consult a qualified professional when in doubt. You use the information at your own risk.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, offers, and bundles at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or signs of fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card number.

5. Shipping Printed manuals ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we will make it right.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied, email us at info@greenwisdom.us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. Please include your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

7. Text Messages and Phone Calls Consent. If you provide your phone number through a form on the Site, at checkout, or through any other opt-in we offer, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) and phone calls from Green Wisdom and service providers acting on our behalf, at the number you provided. These may include messages and calls made with an automatic telephone dialing system and calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice. They may include offers, product updates, and reminders about items left in your cart or an unfinished checkout. Consent is not required to purchase. You can buy from us without agreeing to receive texts or calls. Frequency and cost. Message and call frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's charges are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. To stop calls, tell the caller or voice system during any call that you do not want to be called again, or email info@greenwisdom.us with the phone number to remove. We will honor your request within a reasonable time and as required by law. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means. Help. Reply HELP to any text, or email info@greenwisdom.us. Your number. You confirm that you are the subscriber or regular user of the phone number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please opt out first or tell us, so the new owner does not receive our messages. Timing. We will not send marketing texts or place marketing calls outside the hours permitted by the laws of the state where you are located. Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Email If you give us your email address, we may send you order confirmations, digital guides you purchased, and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site and in our products, including text, illustrations, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Green Wisdom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties Except for the guarantee in Section 6, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Wisdom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our products, or the information in them. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Wisdom from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

14. Dispute Resolution Please contact us first at info@greenwisdom.us; most concerns can be resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and Green Wisdom agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Green Wisdom each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration. This Section covers all disputes, including those relating to text messages and phone calls. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE] and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
